Scott Group CEO Caleb Scott unexpectedly inspects a busy store, putting staff on edge with a 'one mistake, and you\'re fired' warning. A sales assistant is asked to pick a gift for a five-year-old; they discover both have five-year-old daughters and she confidently selects toys and packs them. During the exchange he admits his own daughter still hasn\'t been found. After thanking her for earlier help and asking her to pack the rest, he hesitates and says, "Wait a moment." The scene cuts as staff asks, "Is it something urgent?", leaving his pause unresolved.
