A family panics when their grandmother suddenly stops breathing. Relatives frantically shout "Grandma" and quickly turn on Jonah, asking, "How could you possibly have created it?" and accusing the kid of "messing with us." The household argument spirals — Jonah is called "devoted to the family" but mocked for his "taste in women" — until Dr. Duncan arrives, examines her, and pronounces her dead.
