Ivy spots a man wearing her support bracelet and freezes. At the Lane household, Mr. Quincy receives a prenuptial agreement Troy sent and is urged to stay for breakfast to meet Ivy; Mr. Lane declines, saying they'll have plenty of forced encounters. They open Troy's contract and discover arranged-marriage benefits split forty–sixty (forty for the groom, sixty for the bride) and a post-divorce payout after a year that reads nine billion. Ivy reads the numbers and, baffled by Troy's generosity, concludes there must be a catch.
