Hubby, You're Toast - Episode 7

Mary — called Ms. Lane by staff — arrives at Mr. Quincy's place after Troy's summons. Servants and onlookers whisper, labeling her the "live one" and comparing her to a doll; one even admits she looks better than the doll. An attendant greets her, says Mr. Quincy has already called, and leads her down the corridor. They show her into Mr. Quincy's study, announce it's his study, then leave her inside alone. Now standing alone under lingering judgment, Ms. Lane waits for Mr. Quincy's arrival; Troy sent her, and the staff's scrutiny makes the outcome uncertain.
