Someone at an office calls Mr. Childe to confirm Professor Lynd will attend tomorrow's celebration and orders a generous gift to present personally. In a parking lot a junker clips a brand-new car and an employee accuses the driver of stealing a spot, demanding $500,000 while invoking Howard Ted's power and threatening to block their exit. The driver says they're here to see Howard; when the employee offers to let it go for an apology the driver fires back, 'Do you know who I am? You want me to apologize?' The episode ends on that unresolved standoff.
