At the hospital surgeons demand a family signature for Travis’s emergency surgery because he keeps calling 'Sophie.' Sophie, not his relative, signs so the operation can proceed. Travis’s wife objects, claims Travis is her everything and vows to walk away; a separate party refuses to surrender assets and threatens to detonate ten‑ton explosives “right in front of those two” tomorrow. Travis later discharges himself; his wife confronts Sophie about risking his life and asks, “Are you taking your prenatal medicine?” Sophie recoils: “Don't touch me. I'm not feeling well.” The episode ends with the explosives threat and broken hospital ties.
