Alexia realizes she's been reborn and remembers that in her last life Jazmin nearly lost her baby after drinking Alexia's calming tea. At the palace sickbay, medics report Lady Valdez's pulse is steady, but the court demands Alexia apologize to Jazmin for the episode. Alexia refuses, accuses Jaxon of poisoning the calming tea he gave her, and insists her martial-arts training means she won't be trampled. Vowing to settle this blood debt and then find Ric, she is interrupted when an attendant announces, "Prince Yoric is here!", leaving her plan unresolved.
