My Vampire First Love Regretted Losing Me - Episode 4

A woman reminisces about a promise made with Louis, a vampire, who once vowed to protect her like a knight, even creating a drawn photo together. The memory shatters when Louis now accuses her, Lilian, of being a vicious liar, defending another woman, Charlotte, as kind. He declares she doesn't deserve his protection. Facing his harsh rejection, Lilian gives up, stating she'll leave soon, but Louis calls for her to wait, leaving the confrontation unresolved.
