Reclaiming Her Rain - Episode 1

Marlene wakes on her deathbed as doctors fail to revive her while she watches husband Wesley tending to his first love, Jasmine. In her last moments she blames herself for their child's death, vows "I swear I will never love you again," and tells her son Sparky she'll come for him. Suddenly she's back earlier—running after Sparky when another boy, Tommy, snatches a toy. Wesley and Jasmine confront her; Jasmine calmly explains the toy mix-up. Marlene decides to take Sparky and leave before the March 11, 1987 storm that doomed them, setting a tense, unresolved plan to act.
