Roses in the Scars - Episode 2

Marisa arrives to live with Clayton and his family after giving up everything; she proves helpful at home and contributes to his company's IPO plans. Clayton thanks her and promises a wedding, but his mother, Mrs. Lynn, grows suspicious and begins to nitpick Marisa's every move. Under her indulgence, Bret turns hostile; Mrs. Lynn accuses Marisa of trying to abuse her grandson and of wanting Clayton's money. Marisa had promised to keep Bret off video games, but Bret returns defiantly as Clayton walks in. Clayton's homecoming ends with someone asking, "Who's she?", leaving Marisa's place in the family in doubt.
