Why would she come to this kind of place?" Someone urges Clayton, "let's go," but others plead, "Don't leave!" and call for "just a few more steps." The shouting escalates around him, forcing a tense choice. Clayton hesitates and stops walking; the episode closes on the accusatory, unresolved question, "Why didn't you keep walking?!"
