She Raised Him Up, Then Burned Him Down - Épisode 3

Cloud Group's investment round nears and Ms. Jason's contract ends in three days, raising the handover question for Project Cosmo. Director Cloud pleads for help to save Justin Simpson and his nephew Cosmo, poisoned during research five years earlier. A doctor warns standard treatment won't work: adult and child antidotes must be developed and will take at least five years. Ms. Jason promises funding, will stay in the lab, and agrees to care for Cloud's family while secretly supporting the company. With patients unstable and the handover looming, her five‑year pledge becomes the episode's urgent dilemma.
