At the Death Track, Wynne insists on the riskiest motorcycle despite Nolan and onlookers warning her. She completes the run, tells Mr. Griffin, "I won," then collapses from a severe crash. Medical staff call an ambulance: she's lost a lot of blood, blood pressure is falling, and an urgent transfusion is needed. Nathan — who promised to look after Nolan for seven years — offers his O-type blood and desperately urges her to wake. The episode closes with Wynne unconscious and Nathan's final words unheard, leaving her fate and whether she hears him unresolved.
