In a sponsorship meeting for Novara Arts Academy, Isabel protests when Howell Group takes the spot she expected and clashes with her father over being sidelined. Ava Davis rejects charity, insisting she can work and won't be treated as a beggar. At the announcement, Mr. Howell is publicly thanked and Ava awkwardly offers to 'repay you with my body,' shocking observers and prompting teasing that Howell is already smitten. He later asks her to stay while others leave, and they end up behind a barely closed door, leaving his intentions unresolved.
