At a restaurant, Mr. Young tries to pay but the card reader repeatedly shows "insufficient balance." Brianna and other diners swap and try his cards while murmuring that he couldn't be broke. Several attempts fail and the terminal begins reporting the cards are frozen. Guests whisper, "She really has changed," and someone asks, "Chad, are you out of money?" Pressure mounts as Mr. Young struggles to explain. The episode ends with a diner snapping "Enough!" and the table left demanding an immediate explanation.
