The Moonlight He Kept Through Lifetimes - エピソード 3

Cher's household faces a shock when Thomas's return brings news that Mia—an army officer who 'outranks' Cher—will be brought in as a secondary wife. Family members belittle Cher as 'nothing more than a housewife' and press her to accept the arrangement. Instead Cher refuses, citing Grace family rules against sharing a husband and abruptly declares, "I want a divorce." The household recoils, reminding her she cared for Thomas's family for three years and warning against impulsive choices. The episode ends with Cher isolated by her stand, her marriage status left uncertain and immediate consequences looming.
