The Prince Won't Let Go - Episode 9

At a court hearing, Gabby accuses Freya of mistreatment—coarse clothes and plain food—and demands return of a coronet and outfit she says belong to Mrs. Zeller Sr. Freya, newly granted a title by His Majesty, is allowed to sit while nobles mock Gabby. The judge rules the coronet ceremonial, dismisses her claim and condemns Gabby for slandering court officials. Despite pleading, Gabby is sentenced to 50 lashes. Afterward someone warns Gabby that when Damon learns of the incident the speaker will ask for a divorce. Gabby faces lashes and a looming divorce threat; her fate unresolved.
