Shop staff find a broken bangle Mr. Lund ordered as a gift and accuse a woman at the counter. They alert Mr. Zarek and urge Mr. Blake to call the cops, fearing the boss. The woman insists she didn't break it, says Amanda bumped her and asks them to check cameras, but employees demand arrest. Mr. Lund arrives and wonders if the woman is his wife, increasing confusion. During the confrontation a man says he only pushed her lightly and she collapses. Coworkers quarrel whether she's faking while someone moves to help; someone yells 'Stop!', leaving her condition unresolved.
