The Rejected Daughter Is a Magic Prodigy - Episode 3

A young woman named Elise refuses a forced marriage meant to secure her brother Orion's entry to the Arcane Academy. Confronted by her father, Lord Cygnus, she defiantly declares she can learn magic too, but he asserts only sons can wield their family's power. For her disobedience, she is locked in a cellar to be sent away. Her mother secretly helps her escape using magic, handing Elise a wand and urging her to flee. As guards close in, her mother stays behind to hold them off, forcing Elise to escape alone and face an uncertain future.
