The Rich Boy's Deadly Lie - Episodio 5

At a hospital, a desperate boy brings valuables to Dr. Dale to pay for his mother's surgery. Dr. Dale has staff appraise the items, and the boy hopes the sale will cover the cost. Staff and Mr. Hawkins identify a diamond ring and a longevity lock Mr. Powers had been searching for and report the find. Mr. Powers is alerted and heads to the hospital. Security bars the boy from the operating area. Just as staff promise to try to save the mother, an order arrives: pause the surgery—leaving the operation suspended and the boy's plea unresolved.
