The Serpent Lord Protects Me - Episode 2

Hailey saved Yana earlier, but in this episode Yana betrays her: she abducts Hailey and forces her toward Serpent Isle. During the journey, Hailey begs to be released, reminding Yana they were friends, while Yana coldly insists Hailey owes her everything and now demands Hailey’s endless life. Yana presses on to the island’s heart despite Hailey’s fear. At the key turn Hailey reveals why she refuses: Serpent Isle’s ruler, Serpent Lord Xavier, is her ex-husband. The episode ends as the island looms and Hailey’s fate and Xavier’s reaction remain unresolved.
