Kevin confronts Carl, demanding the return of 'No. 1' and proposing an alliance to control the world. Carl reveals he is breeding dangerous creatures and will soon birth three of his 'precious darlings,' but Kevin vows to stop this final step. After their tense clash, Kevin finds himself alone in an abandoned hospital, confused and trapped. Surrounded by dormant zombies blocking his escape, he must move quickly to avoid awakening them. As danger closes in, Kevin’s desperate attempt to flee reaches a critical moment when he urgently commands someone to close the door, leaving his fate uncertain.
