Through the Puppet's Tears, I Loved You - Episode 1

Nigel pressures Serena to abort their baby because Cindy is depressed. He arranges the surgery, promises to "make it up," and Serena feels betrayed. Meanwhile the Puppet Mistress reveals her lifelike puppet will take her place with Nigel to fulfill a thousand-year promise to his reincarnation. She transfers her memories and emotions to the puppet and warns it to avoid metal, fire, and wood or it will fall apart and lose those memories. Now the puppet must live with Nigel while avoiding destruction and the erasure that would undo the whole mission.
