When Joe (Mr. Cole) escorts a young student home after an incident, bystanders shove free food and money at her, accusing her of 'serving' him. She insists, "I'm not a prostitute," tries to explain and leave, but is forced into a car and then collapses. Rushed to emergency, doctors report heavy hemorrhaging and demand immediate surgery while urging someone to contact the baby's father. Joe's mother pressures him about heirs and medical checks. As surgeons prepare, someone confronts Joe with, "Didn't she spend the night with you? She's pregnant!" The operation begins with paternity unresolved.
