A Curtain of Silk, A Life Untold - Episodio 5

Office gossip blows up when coworkers claim Chloe seduced Mr. Foster while wearing Ms. Eves's costume, and Jessie, who ruined it, is publicly humiliated by Ms. Eves's subordinates. Eric (Mr. Foster) breaks up the attack, comforts Jessie and promises to help her seek justice. He offers a bracelet; they worry it belongs to Ms. Eves, but Jessie keeps it, insisting the person who messed up should make it right. Jessie calls her grandmother, reassuring her. The episode ends with someone saying they've agreed to fire the offender and urging Jessie to drop it, leaving the next move unresolved.
