A passerby tastes one and is startled: the flavor is identical to cakes once made by someone named Quinn, and a woman nearby says the seller feels inexplicably familiar and would be Quinn’s age. Customers ask who taught her just as city inspectors arrive, forcing the seller to pack up and leave. Ms. Sanders tells Clair to quickly check the girl's identity. The episode ends with Clair rushing off to investigate, leaving the seller’s possible link to Quinn unresolved.
