Milo storms Dr. Freud's office demanding admission for supposed mental illness; when staff try to dismiss him he is forcibly removed until an order abruptly has him admitted. Inside, Milo reveals he's Milo Fairfax, a transmigrator whose world faces an apocalypse in two days and who has just awakened a system he must exploit. The psychiatric hospital houses people with supernatural powers—including Alan the Wise—and Vera Lovell, who is zapped again. Milo resolves to find the two Rank S Espers here and replicate their abilities, but Vera's sudden attack shows he may already be too late.

At a makeshift ER the legendary Storm Matron, cold and deadly and identified as Vera, is found as staff confirm a Rank S Esper presence. Technicians and paying patients try system replication but it fails. One frustrated patient decides Vera needs electricity to awaken. He checks a bulb, tampers with live wires, and is branded a nutcase; he replies, I've got you. Claiming to be a transmigrator here to save her, he prepares a deliberate electrical push. An ability detector finds Rank S Lightning Mastery and they choose to replicate it. Physical contact triggers a painful transfer; numbness and tingling spike as replication reaches 100% and succeeds. They obtain an Enhanced Rank S Lightning Mastery and realize it's stronger than hers. Told it upgrades by absorbing electricity or Felbeast Cores—cores won't be available until the apocalypse—they immediately absorb ambient power, pushing Lightning Mastery from Lv.1 to Lv.5. Now more powerful, they still face a clear problem: Felbeast Cores are locked behind the apocalypse, blocking full upgrade.

With one day until the predicted apocalypse and the city's power out, Dr. Freud and others scramble for a solution. They learn the hospital hides a Holy Scion — a Spiritstone Ape blessed by the Sanctified Sage that can become a giant ape. They identify a boy who howled and called himself the Sanctified Sage as the candidate. One member demands, "Take me to him now!" The episode ends with them rushing to locate and awaken him, the outcome unresolved.

Police arrive, ordering the monster to 'come out with your hands in the air.' The episode ends with city voices: 'The apocalypse is finally here.'

The team's sudden power shift turns the fight, but the foe's renewed, wrathful assault closes in, leaving the outcome uncertain.
