At home, young Yael's birthday turns awkward when her mother says Dad is still at work and Yael begs him to cut the cake; the father repeats, "I work late every night. I don't have time for these events." At the office, shareholders tell Ms. Snow they voted unanimously to bring her back because the company has lost money since Mr. Lowe took over.
