Divorce on Her Terms - Episode 5

At a playground, Yael is accused of hurting another child, Leo, and a group of parents quickly surrounds them. Witnesses insist Yael started the fight, hurling insults at her and at her father, Gary Lowe. Leo's father tries to comfort his son while the crowd demands an apology. Gary intervenes, rebukes the onlookers—"You may have no shame, but I do"—and orders, "Tell Yael to apologize to Leo." Rather than defend his daughter, he scolds her; Yael asks, "Dad, why did you scold me instead of defending me?" The episode ends on that unresolved rupture.
