I Am the New Law of This Hellish World - Episode 4

Inside a battered shelter a man in charge links three newcomers—Jade Moore, Eliza Ziegler and Stella Lavette—into his survival system and announces three hard rules: his word is law, all food and water belong to him, and they must stay silent. When Stella recognizes his authority he gains loyalty points and orders them to find and fill every container with water. A distant helicopter sparks hope, but windows show people killing each other for instant noodles. He declares civilization dead; the episode ends with the three facing a stark choice: obey his rationing or be thrown outside to the zombies.
