Luna publicly demands the end of her mate bond, humiliating her partner Kael. A woman visiting the estate offers to not fight for the Queen's position, but Luna declares Kael's betrayal means she shows no mercy, threatening his survival. Kael decides the visiting woman will stay, while Luna is banished. She secretly orders her clan's support withdrawn from Kael's army, dooming it. Later, when her daughter is insulted and harmed, Luna delivers a deadly threat to the aggressor.
