Kicked Out, Then I Ruled the AI World - Episode 2

During the Loki System Grand Challenge's posted "Hundred-Day Push — no leaves" rule, an employee who hasn't taken time off in three years begs Mr. Dutt to approve urgent leave because his mother is in surgery. Dutt, the manager who wrote the rule, refuses coldly, saying there will be no exceptions even if she dies. The employee explodes, attempts to strike him and is restrained by colleagues. Dutt then issues an ultimatum: return to your seat and be a "workhorse" or pack up and get fired. The episode closes with the employee forced to face that stark choice.
