Leaving Only to Be Found Again - Episode 3

At a clinic a doctor tells Carine and her grandmother that without a 200,000 operation the grandmother has only three months. They can't pay; Carine vows to sell blood and pick up trash to raise funds. The grandmother resists but Carine insists. A woman who recognized them offers to cover the cost but won't give money for nothing. She asks Carine to come with her to discipline the woman's son, who prefers picking trash to studying. The episode ends with Carine facing the conditional offer, forced to choose whether to accept help that requires her to go with the woman.
