At Yolair's thank-you banquet Mr. Kirby introduces Shelly Richards, a new creative director transferred from the UK. Staff whisper that Coffey Group, their biggest client, rarely attends and hope Mr. Coffey won't show. To everyone's surprise Mr. Coffey appears and asks who was sent; Kirby explains Coffey sent Director Zamora from marketing and formally introduces him to Shelly, saying they'll have plenty of collaboration. Before Shelly can respond, Kirby excuses himself to use the bathroom, leaving her alone to face Coffey's representatives and the high-stakes meeting now underway.
