Mr. William Coffey, CEO of Coffey Group, unexpectedly visits Cloud Hotel where Shelly Richards has just started as Yolair’s new creative director. Staff exchange polite introductions while Coffey tours the space. After brief pleasantries he asks to speak with Shelly and leaves a message and an item with a colleague. Coworkers murmur about calling him “Mr. Coffey,” since Cloud Hotel answers to Coffey Group. As the office clears the colleague tells Shelly, “He needs to talk to you,” then hands her the item and orders: “Take it off.”
