Nurses press Mr. Ashford to visit Ms. Sutton, arguing he's the most important person to her and she may refuse treatment without him. Mr. Ashford refuses to go now, insisting he'll take her home and "make it up to her" later, then orders Leon to buy top supplements. Staff then calls Ms. Sutton "the future Mrs. Ashford," raising social pressure while her immediate care stays unresolved.
