May the Next Life Know No Sorrow - 7 화

A neighborhood confrontation erupts when residents accuse Rita of trying to steal a grandchild and hurting a daughter. Ms. Jones insists it’s a misunderstanding—she was only worried about Coco’s safety—while others demand the police. The argument shifts to Leo and his spouse: she orders Leo to call his mother to find Coco, and threatens divorce if he won’t cooperate. Rita accepts the divorce threat but insists he prove he can reach his mother first. Phones fail, tempers flare, then a call connects and someone answers, “What’s up, son?” leaving the outcome unresolved.
