My Stepsister, My Strongest Ally - Episodio 5

At a high-society gathering, Rudy Jepsen and Cherry are publicly shamed: guests mock Cherry, accuse her of stealing Bill, then attack Rudy—declaring she's no longer the Jepsen heiress and unfit for elite marriage. Taunts escalate as one voice snaps, "If Rudy says no, I don't want it either," and another bellows, "No one in the elite circle will marry you!" Mason, who grew up with Rudy, arrives to threaten anyone who bullies her and publicly backs her. He finishes by telling Rudy, "Rudy, I like you," leaving her exposed and the crowd stunned.
