My Stepsister, My Strongest Ally - Episódio 9

At Cherry Jepsen's recognition party, guests whisper that Rudy keeps stealing the spotlight. Tension erupts when a guest points to a ruined dress; another person admits it was an accident and insists, "I'll pay you back." Accusations and snide comparisons follow—Rudy's dress labeled couture while Cherry's is called ordinary. People note Rudy has lived with the Jepsens for 18 years and suggest the parents favor her. The conflict escalates from wardrobe damage to an open question of parental favoritism. The episode ends with Cherry embarrassed and the family's bias exposed, leaving the celebration fractured.
