At a club, Mr. Hodgins is told the girl who kissed him may be linked to Ms. Sullivan—her mother allegedly has stomach cancer and came to the club to raise treatment funds. Ordered to investigate, he’s sent to Calranza Hospital to find who brought Ms. Sullivan in and what their relationship is. At the hospital Ms. Sullivan arrives and staff worry; people even question whether Lillian is really her daughter. Backstage, someone measures 10g salt and 7g MSG and says "once she finishes it, you can get rid of her," then leaves to fetch tools, leaving the danger unresolved.
