At a high-pressure recruiting meeting, a charismatic leader promises recruits $25,000 a day and forces two low-performing members into public punishment after one accuses a senior of selling them into a pyramid scheme. The recruits are made to chant humiliation and then ordered to slap each other—whoever hits harder will be spared. As the ritual escalates, one recruit breaks down and says, "I need to get out of here." The outburst pauses the contest but the leader immediately demands the new girl be brought in, leaving escape unresolved.
