Brit faces her parents over how she treats Maddy, newly returned and insecure; Brit insists she won’t hurt their biological daughter but must be the strict one to push Maddy to fit the family. Elsewhere the leader of the Vermilion Order lashes out at assassins who still haven’t found a target and threatens expulsion. An aide reports the boss’s fiancé Jeffrey has flown back and is rumored to be a playboy. Maddy warns of one dangerous figure: great-uncle Louie Randall. The episode ends when staff announce Louie Randall has arrived to see the boss, purpose unknown.
