The Assassin the Family Spoils - Episode 5

Uncle Louie, Maddy's great-uncle, arrives unannounced while her parents and brothers are out. The household snaps at Maddy for informal behavior; he downplays the formalities, presents a large gift and urges family closeness. Britney and Celia defer; Celia carries the present upstairs. Louie then claims there's something else in his car trunk and invites Maddy to fetch it. A family member offers to retrieve the item instead; Louie taunts, "are you afraid I'll steal her gift?" He presses Maddy to come with him. The episode ends with someone muttering, "I knew it. It's me they're after," leaving Maddy's choice unresolved.
