The Beast That Eats the World - Episode 3

A wounded man who fell into a pit is seized by armed attackers accusing him of stealing a kirin bone and invoking Ms. Stone and Wendy as the reason he must die. They order his throat torn, but the execution is interrupted when a stray mutt—called Baemon by onlookers—kills a tier-2 magibeast, devours the corpse and grows. Crowd panics as the beast feasts and appears to evolve by eating. Killers call it a trick and vow to kill the dog, yet the creature remains voracious. Episode ends with weapons turned toward the growing mutt and the captive's fate unresolved.
