The Family We Made, The Love We Built - Episodio 10

Noel is seized as his mother screams for his release and a captor threatens, "I'll take you all down with me!" She rushes to Mr. Payne, begging him to save Noel because "they want to experiment on him" and offers anything. Shouts and refusals escalate the standoff. The mother's bargaining raises the stakes as time runs out. Mr. Payne's calm reply, "Don't worry," shifts responsibility to him. The episode closes unresolved with Noel still captive and Payne's next decision set to determine whether he's saved.
