On her first day, Ada is accused of negligence by her manager, Ms. Joan, who demands she admit fault. Joan punishes her by ordering Ada to clean a toilet, threatening to withhold her bonus and to inspect the workspace later. Coworkers complain Ada blocked work and press her to clean the whole area. Ada refuses to concede and spits back, "Just you wait!" The episode cuts to a hotel tour of Todd's suite, then staff are summoned downstairs because Mr. Hugh has arrived, leaving Ada still punished and the dispute unresolved.
