An assistant demands a promotion to stop serving CEO Ms. Gray and the difficult Luna; Mr. Wright promises to handle it. At reception a man arrives seeking his girlfriend without an appointment and is turned away, while another visitor is mistaken for a plumber and told to cut small talk. Ms. Smith reports Ms. Gray has gone upstairs, leaving visits blocked and the promotion unresolved.
