Toppled by Lies, Rebuilt by Power - Episode 3

A bathroom pipe breaks at the office and Ms. Gray, Claire's boss, orders a man to fix it. He protests he's not a plumber, says he works late and basically sleeps here, but Ms. Gray insists and threatens to call someone else. Told she's Claire's boss, he agrees to try to make a good impression. He fumbles with the repair, muttering he never had chores like this back in prison and can't get it right. Ms. Gray escalates, accusing him of incompetence and withholding pay. As the repair stalls, someone calls, "Ms. Gray, are you okay? Should I come inside?"
