Upgrade My Mecha Maiden - Épisode 9

At the Top Eight finals Kevin and his Mecha Maiden Ember face A-rank Hank and Claire. Ember immediately dominates, landing a one-hit KO that shocks the crowd and makes commentators question whether Ember is above A-rank. Claire frantically triggers an upgrade to recover but is struck down mid-sequence and collapses. Meanwhile an observer notices a scent on Ember identical to the one on Lily's wound, a concrete clue tying this victory to a past injury. With Ember victorious and Hank stunned, the match ends on that unresolved scent revelation.
