Shaina returns home with red eyes; her young son Julian notices and is sent to let her rest. Someone at the scene probes and guesses she ran into Jason at a law firm, and Shaina admits she accidentally sent her resume there. She met Jason during the interview but failed, so she tells them they probably won't see each other again. Others insist Jason has been waiting for her this whole time.
